ENGAGE.

Every year, businesses, individuals, and foundations provide funding for some of YEP's most essential community services and events.

We hope you’ll consider partnering with us to provide young people in the Greater New Orleans region the opportunities, resources and relationships they need to thrive.

YEP is growing and looking for passionate people to join our inclusive, talented team as we run the largest non-profit organization in the Greater New Orleans region focused on providing comprehensive services to underserved and court-involved youth.

YEP operates a full-service bike shop and a thrift store located on Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard in Central City. These shops provide young people with work-based learning opportunities while also offering essential retail services to the community.

We also welcome donations of clothes, bikes, and household items.

YEP is seeking qualified consultants or firms to facilitate our upcoming strategic planning process, which will shape the direction of our organization from fiscal year 2026 through 2030.  As part of this process, we aim to engage a broad range of stakeholders, align our organizational goals, and develop a comprehensive plan to guide our next five years of growth and impact. Strategic Planning RFP submissions are due December 16th, 2024.
