Tania Dall brings over a decade of communications experience to YEP. Before joining our team, she worked as an Anchor/Reporter for WWL-TV in New Orleans. Her journalism career took her to Washington, D.C., Boston, Washington state, and Florida including internships with CNN and the Boston Globe.
Tania is no stranger to the non-profit world. She spent a year teaching HIV/AIDS health education in Zambia with Student Partnership Worldwide (now Restless Development). She also worked as an independent contractor formulating on-line educational materials for AMIDEAST in Washington, D.C.
Tania graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and has a minor in Political Science. She went to high school in Amman, Jordan and grew up bouncing around the country and world. She now considers New Orleans home. Tania is thrilled to be working with YEP to empower young people in our community.
70 percent of YEP’s staff members are born and raised in New Orleans and the vast majority grew up in the same neighborhoods that our youth live in. Our staff members’ personal understanding of the challenges that our young people face make them uniquely qualified to provide support to YEP youth.
